It has been a pleasure working with Austin from Opt Digital. They have consistently gone above and beyond what was promised. What stood out most to me is the fact that they truly delivered on their commitments. The entire process was simple and transparent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their online presence.

Austin and Ben are great to work with, very attentive and awesome communication. The results are beyond what we expected, a marketing company can be great at customer service but not bring any results in. I've been in the industry over 23 years and I've experienced that quite a bit. But with Opt Digital, within the 2nd month they brought over $120,000.00 worth of work. The team that we worked with was wonderful. From the very beginning, where we had our initial discovery call, we felt heard, listened to, and like our time was valuable to the company. Not only did we have the opportunity to work with the founder, but the team we have had the whole time has been incredible. From our discovery call to a staging site being live for us to see the progress was less than two weeks! Our project manager, Austin, has taken some of the ideas we had, some of which were not even half baked, and run with them. Although the process took longer than expected (mostly due to my own timing and interruptions), Ben was patient, responsive, and listened carefully to my feedback. Ben and the team have done an amazing job, not just in developing our new website, but they deep-dived into our entire industry and looked at how we were performing across all of our platforms and took that into account when building the website. This has been our fourth website build in 12 years, and the service and relationship we've had from them is levels above everyone else we've used. The amount of work that we've had to do for this website has been very little, and this has helped us continue running our business. I cannot recommend Opt Digital enough. I would give it six stars if it was an option.

From the very start Ben has shown me that he knows his stuff, from designing, planning, follow-ups, service and implementation of our new website with our own flavour embedded in it, and SEO strategy into the future so new clients can find us when Googling. Ben and his team (Jeff) have been superb. Building a website is not a cheap exercise, but we saw it more as an investment to bring our existing website into the future and get it working for us. Ben also tailored the package to fit our budget. There were a couple of little gremlins to work out as you'd expect with the digital world, but even dealing with those was fast, efficient and no fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Opt Digital, I just hope my competitors don't find them too, as they have been huge for our business.
